These Terms & Conditions govern your use of trillionsodor.com and any order you place with Trillions Odor (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Trillions Odor is an online retailer of luxury car fragrance diffusers and refill packs, trading from the United Kingdom. For any enquiry, contact info@trillionsodor.com.
2. Our products and pricing

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Prices may change from time to time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. If an error occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
3. Placing an order
When you place an order, you make a legally binding offer to purchase the products in your basket. Your order is only accepted once we send you an order confirmation (or, where applicable, once payment is successfully taken). Until that point, we may decline an order, for example if there is a pricing error, a stock issue, or a suspected fraudulent transaction.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your card details. By placing an order you authorise Stripe to charge the total shown at checkout to your chosen payment method.
5. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery is free. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or events outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered.
6. Your rights — UK Consumer Law
As a UK consumer you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, as described, and fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms affects those statutory rights. Because every order is inspected before dispatch, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds except where goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described. 7. Fragrance products
Fragrance is subjective. Scent descriptions and colour labels are provided to help you choose and may differ from your personal perception. Our products are car air fresheners and are not intended for any health, therapeutic or medicinal purpose. Keep fragrance products away from children and pets, and avoid contact with skin and eyes.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including the Trillions name, logo, product imagery, text and design — is owned by or licensed to Trillions Odor and protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.
9. Your conduct
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malware, or place fraudulent orders. We may refuse service or cancel orders where we suspect misuse.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, except where this is not permitted by law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that you may use the EU/UK online dispute resolution platform if you are a consumer.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in force at the time you place it.
